Join Melina Meza, creator of Seasonal Vinyasa and Milagro Retreats for our second annual Spring Seasonal Vinyasa Yoga Retreat. Spring is the most dynamic, energetic, and creative time of the year. It is also called the morning of the year and is considered the most fertile time to give birth to new life and ideas.
To honor this unique time of year, our retreat will focus on asanas for cleansing and purification, journey into yogic philosophies and personal ethics while nourishing our bodies with delicious abundant feasts prepared with LOVE by Milagro Retreats. In your free time enjoy walking through the Botanical Gardens, hiking, sea kayaking or surfing.
On retreat, Melina will teach you about Kriya yoga and its three-step process for personal transformation, tools that can be helpful when adapting to new seasonal practices or breaking old habits, envisioning a momentary pause after each season no matter where you live. Your body can benefit from experiencing and adapting to new environments, exercise routines, and foods; it will grow stronger, be more resilient, and keep you in touch with the cycles of nature.
The yogis believe that you are one with Nature, and that in order for you to bloom, you need diversity. By taking a little extra time in the spring season for internal cleaning, your body will reward you tenfold as it starts to run more efficiently. The payoff will be more energy to do everything you love!

About Melina’s Yoga:
Each retreat with Melina emphasizes the importance of sequencing and being in alignment with nature. In addition to asana practice, they include insights on physical health and nutrition as well as how to inspire self-knowledge that allows for the conscious adjustment of day-to-day choices. Her devotion to yoga and eating well, to teaching and nutritional counseling, and to traveling and experiencing different cultures combine to create a colorful and hopefully enlightening perspective from which to share that which she loves about yoga in its entirety.
